Effective March 1, we are adding reading and math fluency to the Basic Testing Package for grades 3 and up.  Academic Knowledge and Writing Fluency can be added for an additional $10. For grades 1 & 2, we will add the Academic Knowledge at no charge.

    Basic WJIII TESTING $55 (60-90 minutes)

•         Additional tests that may be added to  customize the testing package to best meet your student’s needs:  

  • Academic Knowledge ($5)  This test gives you an idea of your student’s knowledge outside the basic skills in the areas of science, social studies, art, literature, and music.
  • Writing Fluency ($5) The writing fluency is a big emphasis in the public schools and students have to do this now with the SAT testing and others.  Students are given a set of words which they have to organize and write about in a short timed setting.  The fluency tests add an important component to the overall picture of the reading, math and written language.  All 3 of the tests in each area should be in line with each other.  When one area is inconsistent with the others, it can indicate a problem or explain a struggle.  The 3 fluency tests are the only timed components of the WJ.   
  • Word Attack ($5) is a popular tests for 1st and 2nd graders. (helpful for other grades as well)  This test helps you see how your student is applying their word attack skills.
  • Other specific diagnostic subtests may be added ($5 each) to give information on specific academic strengths and weaknesses.  There are a total of 22 subtests included in the WJ III.  We can help you determine if this is something that your student needs.  Additional Info on WJIII Subtests

  • Customized to meet the needs of your student and their approximate developmental level.

•      If you schedule the Woodcock-Johnson III, then we are offering the Kaufman Brief Intelligence Test (IQ) for only $35.  (This test is usually $45.)
